

Julie Liszewski, peacefully joined her heavenly Father on Thursday, March 4, 2010. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, William Liszewski and nephew, Billy Liszewski. Surviving are her loving husband of 30 years, Greg; daughters, Megan (Brandon) Smith and Melissa Liszewski; parents, John and Marcia Johnson; mother-in-law, Nancy Liszewski; brothers and their families, Rick (Shelly) Johnson, their children Tyler and Abby; Scott (Colleen) Johnson, their children Danielle and Nick; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and their families, Bill (Beth) Liszewski, their children Annie and Tony Tang, Diann Liszewski, Mike Liszewski, his children Erica, Michelle, Chris (Meaghan), Ben and Stephanie; cousin and friend, Deb Coon; as well as many other wonderful friends. A celebration of her beautiful life will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, March 7, 2010 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont. Julie's family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to the services. In honor of her strength and courage, contributions can be made in Julie's name to the Susan G. Komen foundation for breast cancer.

Julie fought a good fight and it was all for her family. She loved you all so much and was willing to do what she had to just for you. We are so sorry that you are going through this and will continue praying for a peace and comfort that only comes from knowing the Julie is in heaven...no more pain, no more oxygen, and she has been restored. We will miss her sweet, quiet spirit and her beautiful self.
